Protection of Instructional Content

Account Security

Access to Services is granted as a personal, non-transferable license.

Each enrollment provides access for one user only.

share login credentials

allow others to access your account

Accounts suspected of misuse may be suspended without refund.

Coaching and Educational Disclaimer

Services provided by Your Next Move are educational and coaching in nature.

Participation does not create a therapist–client relationship.

Professional Role Clarification

Nicole Hapeman (“Coley”) is a licensed mental health professional. When delivering programs through Your Next Move, LLC she acts solely in an educational and coaching capacity, not as a clinical provider.

Your Next Move makes no guarantees regarding outcomes.

Assumption of Risk

Participants may not provide professional or therapeutic advice to other participants.

Participants must respect the confidentiality of others in program communities.

Content shared in live sessions or private communities may not be:

without permission from Your Next Move.

Recordings and Testimonials

Live sessions may be recorded for educational purposes.

By participating, you consent to recording and potential sharing within the program environment.

Feedback or testimonials may be used for educational or promotional purposes. Identifying information will not be shared without permission.

Refund Policy

Because digital materials are accessible immediately, purchases are generally final unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.
