Spend less time in survival mode

Step out of the fight-flight loop

Build radical self trust

Next Move Living Lab is a community of practice for people who do everything "right" and still feel stretched thin — caught in the chase for relief, for calm, for the next thing that'll finally make it manageable, until life narrows into one long to-do list and there's less and less of you in it. Through small, real-life experiments, members build the nervous system agility to meet what comes and find your way through it.

Living Lab is nervous system education and repatterning. Not therapy.

Life can look fine on paper, and still take everything you've got.

Your brain is designed to predict, prevent, and
protect. Under modern conditions — sedentary days,
screens, hurried schedules, a long list of shoulds — it
gets trained to default to forecasting risk. That shows
up as fight-or-flight patterns in the brain and body,
even when you're physically safe.

Worry, distraction, fatigue, people-pleasing,
perfectionism, low motivation, low energy — these
aren't character flaws. They're predictable outcomes
for a nervous system stuck in hypersympathetic state.

This cycle can be repatterned. Not by soothing the
system — but by informing it.

The irony is that we are drowning in information but
not attending to the kind of information the brain and body need for self-regualtion. The Living Lab helps you curate your attention and choose actions to bring useful information into your system so it can choose a different brain state. Join us!

Next Move Living Lab

nervous system repatterning community of practice

Members build a minimum viable practice through small, real-life experiments repeated over time.

  • Weekly: Brain science reframes, GPS practices, and tiny
experiments — short, many downloadable, designed to fit into
    actual life.

  • Live Q&A — a trained eye on how things are vs how they seem, to help you update your brain maps.

  • A culture of underwhelm yourself: repetition over time, specificity over intensity. No processing, no optimizing, no diagnosing.

  • Monthly: Stick with your minimum viable practice — or try a
challenge-by-choice sprint if your brain wants more.

Optional 1:1 sessions are available separately.

Education + coaching only. Not therapy.

The Approach

Living Lab is a space where members develop a simple, repeatable practice that builds nervous system health — giving the brain the information it needs to shift out of the stress response. The core method is the GPS Loop: envision, act, observe, revise.

We've all absorbed a long list of "shoulds," shaped by living in a culture dominated by fight-or-flight. Those shoulds get written into our brain's maps of ourselves and the world — and they're often not accurate. Attention, language, and movement practices help us uodate our mental models.Taking action is how we test their accuracy. Repetition over time is how they become the new default.

Every member builds their own minimum viable practice, expanding on the momentum that builds as your system becomes more agile. This practice is designed to integrate into your life — not become another project you need to carve out hours for.

Members also get access to our Q&A sessions and private podcast episodes on how we learn to misapply science to fuel fight-or-flight patterns, and how to unlearn the "shoulds" that aren't serving us.

The GPS Loop draws on attention and movement practices, learning theory, stress research, t
Relational Frame Theory (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, neurobiological research, and theories of change — integrated into a single practice system. Small steps, specific and repeated over time, in real life.

What You Build

Nervous system agility — more ability to adapt when conditions change.

Step out of the loop — hard moments don't automatically become hard days.

Mental and emotional load stops registering as a physical threat.

Radical self-trust — confidence that you can handle what comes, and can be the navigator of your life.

Symptoms driven by chronic stress often change with practice over time.

Next Move Living Lab is for...

Adults whose chronic stress is affecting their health, their life, and their relationships — and who want the simplicity, affordability, and autonomy of addressing it through small daily action.

Those who have tried the fixes — the hacks, the protocols, the practices, even years of therapy — and have learned through experience that understanding the problem isn't enough to change it.

Those who trust their gut that the standard wisdom is missing something — and want a clear path, a knowledgeable guide, and the science that connects the dots.

Folks looking to apply knowledge from the explanding bodies of research on the human brain and body to address stress patterns in a holistic way that moves beyond tips or hacks to control symptoms.

The Living Lab is not for you if you want:

Therapy Session
  • Therapy, trauma processing, or a space for acute crisis support.

  • A program where someone else does the
work — results come from showing up and running the loop, even in small ways.

  • Hacks, quick fixes, or control focused solutions.

  • Another approach to managing symptoms rather than addressing what's driving them.
